2.1 Physical Products

Physical products displayed on our website are manufactured and shipped by Printify, our print-on-demand partner. All product specifications, including sizes, colors, and materials, are as described on our website. Please note that slight variations may occur due to the print-on-demand nature of our products.

2.2 Digital Products

Digital products are downloadable image files in JPG or PNG formats available in various dimensions for posters (vertical, square, horizontal). These products are for personal use only and are subject to our licensing terms outlined in Section 7.

 

3. ORDERING AND PAYMENT

3.1 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our fraud prevention team.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept payments through PayPal and Stripe. By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that the information you provide is true and accurate.

3.3 Pricing and Taxes

All prices are displayed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes will be calculated and added at checkout based on your location and the relevant tax laws.

 

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

4.1 Shipping Provider

All physical products are shipped directly from Printify or its manufacturing partners.

4.2 Shipping Times and Costs

Estimated shipping times and costs are provided at checkout and are calculated by Printify based on your location and the selected shipping method. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing for international shipments.

4.3 Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

 

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

5.1 Physical Products

You may request a refund or replacement for physical products if:

• The item arrived damaged or defective, providing photos as evidence
• The item received significantly differs from the description on our website
• The item was not delivered within the estimated delivery timeframe

All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at support@printify.com  with your order number and details of the issue. You can also copy us in your request by using support@alphamangallery.com 

5.2 Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds for digital downloads. However, if you experience technical difficulties with your download or if the file is corrupted, please contact us within 7 days of purchase, and we will provide a working replacement.

 

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6.1 Ownership

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ALPHAMANGALLERY or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

6.2 AI-Generated Content

Our designs are created using artificial intelligence technology. While we create and own these designs, we acknowledge that AI-generated content exists in a developing legal landscape.

 

7. DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENSING

7.1 Personal Use License

When you purchase a digital product, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
