Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?
In general:
- Digital downloads: We offer replacements for technical issues or corrupted files.
- Physical products: We accept returns for damaged, defective, or significantly misrepresented items within 30 days of delivery, by providing us photos of such damage.
How do I request a return or refund?
To request a return or refund:
- Contact us at support@alphamangallery.com or support@printify.com
- Include your order number and reason for return
- For physical products, provide photos of the issue if applicable
- We'll respond with next steps within 48 hours
Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product, etc.), we'll cover return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
